Facebook is the biggest social media platform with 2.23 billion active users per month. That's almost a third of the world's population. A lot of people use it as a fun place but many others take it as an opportunity to grow their business. They either sell their goods or services on Facebook. Well if you are a video creator and your content is complying with Facebook monetization policies then you can apply for In-stream ads. Some requirements are listed here
1) You must have at least 10000 followers and; 
2) page has completed the watch time of 30000 one minute video views on videos that are at least 3 minutes long
3) Must live in an eligible country 
4) Video must be in Facebook monetization supported languages
5) Content must be original and comply with partner monetization policies.
If you are the lucky one that has fulfilled all the requirements then you can apply for monetization by going to creator studio.

Your request would be reviewed manually and if gets approved then enjoy.

You can earn from 1$ per thousand views to 16$ per thousand views based on CPM.
